For the smooth functioning of the college, certain committees have been constituted. As a part of this, the Disciplinary Committee is constituted with the following members as per the norms of the TSWREI Society, Hyderabad.

The job chart of the committee is as follows

1.    Allowing the parents to come only on the 2nd Saturday of every month.

2.    Protection of the college properties.

3.    Conducting elections and selecting different leaders for the college. Class leaders, Mess leaders, Discipline leaders, Dormitory leaders, Sick leaders, etc.,

4.    Selecting college council through elections.

 

 

 

5.    Conducting student council meetings and discussing on various disciplinary issues.

6.    Review on disciplinary cases in college and submit necessary report to the principal.

7.    Addresses genuine problems and complaints of students.

8.    Encourages the students to express their grievance without fears.

9.    The cases are attended promptly on receipt of grievances from the students and all stakeholders

10. The committee formally reviews all cases and prepare statistical report about the number of cases received

11. The committee gives a report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.

12. The Grievance Redressal committee acts upon those cases which have been forwarded along with the necessary documents.

13. The Grievance Redressal committee assures that the grievance has been properly solved in a stipulated time limit provided by the committee.

14. Action is taken at the earliest depending on the nature of complaint.

15. Suggestion Boxes are provided in the campus and grievance records are placed at Principal chamber, and it should be under control of the committee and The complaint box is checked twice a month by committee members.

16. Based on the complaints, necessary actions are taken in consultation with authorities.

17. Suggestions and complaints of the students are being represented to the authorities immediately for necessary remedial actions. College assures the students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with confidentiality.

18. Deputes faculty members to identify the areas of conflict to solve the issue.

19. Any other works entrusted by the principal.

This new committee will come into force with immediate effect until further orders. The committee members are requested to follow the job chart scrupulously without any deviation.

The lapses/ negligence will be viewed seriously and the action will be initiated as per the rules in vogue.
